Lime Green Bow Website Launch Party

What: The Lime Green Bow Fashion Archive Website Launch Party

When: Thursday October 17th 2013

Where: Lichfield Studios W10

It was a proud night for Clemmie Myers, Director & Curator of Lime Green Bow and all the team, when the website officially launched last week. The celebrations took place at Lichfield Studios W10. Ipads showed the website in all its glory, a film ran through out the night with Clemmie’s favourite clips from the 1950’s – 1999 (courtesy of Ben Martinez – Editing Solutions) and ladybird canapés were served out of briefcases. Lots of fabulous people turned up and drank Bowgirl Martinis and champagne all evening listening to the up to date beats of Dj Limberini. Die hard lovers of Clemmie’s collection past and present arrived in Lime Green Bow. Eloise Waymouth looked beautiful in a multi print jumpsuit that Clemmie had reworked for the evening. The hostess wore a vintage 1960s Mickey Mouse T-shirt teamed with an antique velvet dress folded down to make a high waisted skirt and tied with a ribbon. She went for big hair with plaited ribbons to channel her cartoon inspired statement glam. Goodie bags were provided with delicious personalised cupcakes, REN products, tights and Butter nail varnish as well as a Rubix cube to fiddle with on the way home. FABULOUS! All in all it was one hell of a night with the ethos of LGB firmly stamped and everyone agreeing that its time to go #backtothefuture
